Sarah has been involved in fund raising for different military charities for many years - even her Offshore Raceboat was looked after by a special branch of the Royal Marines at one point.

On 10th june 2015 Sarah Married Lee Barrett a former Royal Marine of 20 years. They married with close friends on a private beach in Peurto Banus.

She has visited the many military bases both here and abroad and has featured in Soldier Magazine several times and has also been onboard many bases for summer fairs, exhibitions and awards for such things as “Young Engineer of the Year”. But by far her best experience was the Running of the Rock in Gibraltar with the Royal Navy. She doesn’t watch or perform for these guys, she gets involved and that’s what she enjoys best.

More recently she has been involved with Andy Screen, a former Royal Marine, whose company, 'Golden-Rivet, uses the old school pin-ups as it's trademark. His artwork, Sarah says, is second to none and recently Sarah commissioned Andy to give her that pin-up look, but utilizing her fiancés uniform in the drawing.

Golden Rivet also award one lucky Galaxy Girl every year with the chance to become their next calendar girl. Could it be you? Please visit the GR or MGU site for more details. The all new 2016 pin up is Danielle Martin.

Sarah and the Galaxy Girls also supported and raised money for HOW&SA (Help Our Wounded Royal Marines and Supporting Arms) recently on the 50/50 March from Brighton to Portsmouth.

Sarah also supports Richard Cook on his quest to raise £1 Million for Help for Heroes through his book, “In Your Hands”
